Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4 – 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship Australia-wide. 

Standard shipping $11.95

Express shipping $15.95

Delivery Times 

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only and delays may occur during peak periods.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@wishuwereheredolls.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to help.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Each doll is handmade to order and dispatched once completed. We ensure they are wrapped carefully and thoughtfully packaged. Personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
