Orders are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of your photo.
Photo Guidelines
For the best result:
- Use a clear, high resolution image
- Smartphone photos are usually suitable
- Natural lighting works best
- Full length photos are ideal, but not essential
- Avoid photos with feet or heads cut off where possible
If the photo is of a loved one who has passed away and you have limited images available, please contact us. We will do our best to work with the photos you have.
