Orders are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of your photo.
For the best result:
- Use a clear, high resolution image
- Smartphone photos are usually suitable
- Natural lighting works best
- Full length photos are ideal, but not essential
- Avoid photos with feet or heads cut off where possible

All orders are sent with tracked postage to help ensure your keepsake arrives safely.
Spot clean marks off your doll with a wet cloth.
When your doll requires washing please do so in a wash bag or pillowcase on a cold, gentle/hand wash to prevent damage to the image.
Do NOT use fabric softener and ensure you are using a mild detergent. Washing will accelerate the fading/wear and tear on the photo so please only wash when necessary.
